There are three Behaviour Change Wellbeing Workshops, each with a different objective.
In a Nutshell:
The Contemplation Wellbeing Workshop is an introductory session, giving your staff the basic knowledge and skills needed to start making changes towards a healthier lifestyle.
Your staff will assess their current behaviour, the motivation behind them, and the positive and negative impact this has on their health.
Who will benefit?
Anyone in your company who wants to change damaging habitual behaviour and introduce positive ones.

We can accommodate up to 40 employees for this 2-hour wellbeing workshop.
Workshop Aims and Objectives:
This wellbeing workshop will give your staff the tools they need to start to contemplate behavioural changes.
We will look at the habitual behaviour of each individual and the reasons for those habits.
It might be that the best workout intentions fall by the wayside on a Friday night, for example. This session will examine what happens on a Friday and throughout the week that demotivates the individual, and how damaging to their health and motivation skipping the Friday workout actually is.
The biggest predictor of behaviour change is self-efficacy. This is the belief that you are able to enact change.
Your team will learn how to increase their levels of self-belief alongside specific tools which will enable them to start to alter their behaviour.

The Preparation Wellbeing Workshop is the second in the series. It recognises that, in order to change effectively, individuals need to prepare their plan, mind, and lives.
This second workshop adds to the bespoke toolbox foundations laid by the initial contemplation workshop.

Anyone in your company who has identified unhealthy habits and is committed to changing them.

We can accommodate up to 40 employees for this wellbeing workshop. The session duration can be tailored between 90 and 120 minutes.
Workshop Aims and Objectives:
This second workshop lays the ground work for the behaviour changes to be sustainable and effective.
Instead of focusing on goal settings and health challenges, we give your staff the space they need to be able to consider the practicalities of what will help them be the change they want to see.
We don’t believe that everyone is able to start making changes immediately, especially if those changes are as big as eating healthily, stopping smoking, or improving their mental resilience.
That’s why we will support your staff in establishing a realistic and personalised strategy for behaviour change which will be sustainable, effective, and self-directed.
Delegates will be given a behaviour change diary that holds them to account and provides motivation whilst they form those positive habits.

The final wellbeing workshop in the Behaviour Change series gives your staff the tools they need to be able to act upon their well laid plans.

Anyone in your company who has identified unhealthy habits, planned their strategy for changing them, and is now ready to act on those plans but may need a little nudge.

This workshop builds on the progress made in the Contemplation and Preparation wellbeing workshops and gets your teams ready for Action.
It provides new practical tools for making the desired behavioural changes to support the plans made previously.
This session will galvanise your employees into making changes to their nutrition, activity levels, and mental resilience, underpinned by the Three Pillars of Health.
