The expert lead senior leader module is for leaders who want to gain an understanding of what a corporate wellbeing agenda really means and how it can enhance the leadership approach, to support you and your organisation in the new ways of working.

Define key concepts of psychological and physical wellbeing and resilience.
Define burnout and the physical and psychological consequences.
