MHFA & Wellbeing Champions

Providing a framework for you to identify and onboard those in-organisation who can support you in championing wellbeing.

Including the accredited MHFA course that equips attendees with the skills to recognise risk factors and warning signs for mental health concerns, clear strategies for how to support someone and how signpost and access further support in crisis.

Outcomes:

  • An in depth understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing
