HR & WELLBEING BRIEFING – 17TH APRIL
Building Behaviour Change
Often we can create enough impetus to make short term changes that bring about health results and improved wellbeing, but it’s harder to make these changes stick for longer term benefits and we see a ‘roller coaster’ effect.

Join Wellspace on 17th April at 7am or 3pm GMT where our in-house expert team will take you through a session specifically for you as Wellbeing Champions, and Wellbeing/HR leaders on ‘Building Behaviour Change’.
Building new habits takes time, some discipline and doesn’t always go as planned.
This session helps you to recognise the neuroscience of habit forming, to recognise the signs of unhelpful patterns in behaviour, how to make small changes to be ready to move towards new behaviours, be compassionate when you come off track and move back towards feeling successful in achieving what you really want and need.
🔍 What’s on the agenda:
📌The fundamentals of behaviour change, including neurologically.
📌Understand the basics of neural pathways, how they are built and how to support employees in building new habits for increased wellbeing.
📌Understand some of the key models that represent the stages of behaviour change, such as the 6 Stages Of Change and how these can be used as a tool.
📌Understand how we can recognise when poor habits are impacting the core areas of our wellbeing and the wider impact this has organisationally and for individuals.
📌 Look at how the Wellspace app can be used as a tool to support your organisation and help put this knowledge into practice.
